The “Wealth Breakthrough Catalyst”

Nisha Jackson is the CEO of Financially Brilliant Women’s Institute, LLC. She is a sought after Wealth Coach, Inspirational Speaker and International Bestselling Author. Nisha is a powerful wealth strategist. She is “The Wealth Breakthrough Catalyst”. She specializes in showing entrepreneurs how to stop trading hours for dollars by maximizing their business revenue and creating systems in business. As well, she shows them how to effectively manage both personal and business finances. So they may live the life of their dreams, while running wildly successful businesses rooted in their purpose!

Her dedication to serve in this area is a direct result of her own transition and emancipation from an abandoned, physically abused, foster care youth and her rise to the success and the dream lifestyle, she enjoys today.

A rocky beginning…

Nisha was in numerous foster homes growing up and went out on her own at age seventeen. She worked two jobs while completing her senior year in high school. By age 22, she had amassed $20,000+ of debt. Mind you, none of this was to pay for college. She was feeling suffocated and was unable to sleep. She wanted a better life and decided to go to college, but she couldn’t bear taking on any more debt.

A brighter future with financial success…

She met her future husband during this time and decided it was time for her to take control of her financial future. She wanted more out of life. She began to read all she could about Personal Finance. She set both short and long term goals. She created a financial strategy to reach those goals.  She not only eliminated the $20,000+ in debt, but also saved $22,000 for a down payment on a home. All this was accomplished on an entry level salary and in less than three years. The more debt she paid down the more excited she became.

Friends started to notice and asked for advice.  It was then that she found her passion in coaching. She coached them with their finances and watched the numerous transformations in their lives and she was excited for them. But would later find out that she was called to broaden her service to the world…

Overcoming fear…

She moved into the corporate arena and tried to go the traditional career route, and in the beginning, she loved it. However, corporate budget constraints and cutbacks, as well as, the recession made her position tremendously stressful. Nisha was running her business part time, working her corporate job and in college pursuing her undergraduate degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an emphasis in Personal Finance, not anything to further her current career.

Then the recession deepened, and she began to accelerate her studies and prepare financially to exit her job. She waited patiently for the pink slip to come her way, but unlike so many others, the safety of her job continued. She couldn’t bring herself to quit until her 14thyear.  The truth was, Nisha was scared and she let the fear of going out on her own hold her back from what she loved to do. That was helping others transform their lives, through money management and the pursuit of building profitable businesses of their own! The longer she stayed the further her morale and self esteem dropped.

Taking hold of the brass ring…

Then it happened, at year 14, the universe told her, it was time to go by forcing her to make her move, due to a blood pressure and stress related health crises.  The light bulb went off, and her mission was clear, with so many unable to find jobs, why not coach women on how to take their future out of corporate America’s hands and become self sufficient and financially independent through owning wildly successful businesses of their own. She has never looked back and lives an abundant life doing what she loves, mentoring others to live financially free…

Nisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with options in Personal Finance and Consumer Affairs. As well, mentors, speaks and teaches women and youth in the areas of money management and entrepreneurship. She is a contributing author to the international, bestselling book “Pebbles in the Pond, Wave three”. She is married with 2 daughters and resides in California
